BASIC ENGINEERING
AIMS: This course is designed for candidates who have no or little experience of fundamental Engineering Workshop skills.
KEY AREAS:
- Understand Health & Safety Issues which relate to Workshops
- Carry out skills such as cutting, filing, drilling, tapping, grinding, measuring
- Correct use of hand tools (various)
- Demonstrate knowledge and practical application
- improve Engineering skills, safe use of tools
BY THE END OF THE COURSE delegates will be able to understand Health & Safety relating to the Workplace and have a good basic knowledge of engineering.
